The Human-Led Video Service
for B2B SaaS & Tech

Most B2B SaaS experts know video converts. They just can't hit record.
So we coach your team into it, build the systems behind it, or I step in as your video spokesperson.

Trusted by teams at

The Problem

The real reason your video strategy is stuck.

You already know video converts. You just haven't been able to make yourself hit record.

The DIY trap.

You bookmark the gear. You write the script. Six months later, still no video on your site.

The $120K hire.

Salary, gear, producer time, plus a year of onboarding. Most B2B teams under 50 can't carry it.

The AI knockoff.

You tested the avatar tools. They make real-looking video. But your buyers smell synthetic in seconds.

There's a simpler way. It's fractional. It's human. And it meets you at whichever of the three paths actually fits how you work.

About

A real presenter who learns your product first.

I'm Eric Presnall. I've presented on camera for B2B brands since 2015: 1,000+ videos for 250+ brands, including Unilever, Microsoft, ClickUp and Semrush.

Three things set this apart from hiring a presenter. I'm authentic on camera from a script, which is the rarest skill in this market. I know what content converts, because that's the whole business. And I take the time to learn your brand before I read a single line about it.

Behind me is a small, vetted team of scriptwriters, editors and a creative director. We stay small so every project gets senior attention.

The Process

Three steps from scoped to shipped.

Every production has pre-production, production, and post. Here is how the human layer changes each step.

1

We align on the outcome.

Strategy call, scope, stage. You leave with a plan, not a pitch deck.

2

We build the videos.

Scripts, shoot, edits, delivery. AI supports, humans stay on screen.

3

You launch. We refine.

Deploy, review, refine. Revision rounds are built in, so the video you publish is the one you actually wanted.

The Guarantee

Beat your best ad, or the re-shoot is free.

It's the one thing I guarantee, and it's for ads, because ads are where results are easy to measure. Run the new ad for 30 days at your normal spend and share the numbers with me. If it doesn't beat your current best ad, I re-shoot it for free.

Every other video comes with two revision rounds, and standard videos reach first cut in 3 days.

The Questions

The questions people ask on the first call.

Straight answers, including the ones that tell you we're not the right fit.

Is this a fit?

Who is VideoRep for?

B2B companies that need a real person on camera and don't have one they can rely on. Most of our clients are SaaS and software companies, fintech and financial services brands, and the agencies that serve them.

The person who books the call is usually a marketing, growth or content lead, or a founder who knows video works but can't make themselves hit record. Five to fifty person teams are the sweet spot, but we also work inside much larger companies, on anything from a single training module to three years of product video.

Who is it not for?

I would rather tell you now than on a call. VideoRep is probably not the right fit if:

  • You sell direct to consumers or run an ecommerce store. Creator and UGC shops are built for that.
  • You want the cheapest video you can find. We're not priced like a marketplace freelancer, and we're not priced like a full-service agency either.
  • You need broadcast TV, film or radio. That needs a separate license, arranged case by case.
  • You want an AI avatar or a clone of my face or voice. That's a hard no, for everyone.

If none of that rules you out, you're in the right place.

We already use AI avatars. Why pay for a real person?

Keep them. AI avatars are fast and they have a place. The problem is trust. Buyers can tell within seconds, and in B2B, trust is the conversion lever.

Fyntra ran exactly this test. Same audience, same spend, same offer, only the creative changed. The human-led ads delivered a 4x lift in leads over their AI-only ads, with 22 quality leads in the first 7 days. Use the avatar where speed matters and a real presenter where trust does.

Should our CEO be on camera, or you?

If your CEO is comfortable on camera and has the time, they should absolutely do it. In my experience that's true about 5% of the time.

The other 95%, I carry the evergreen content: the demos, the education, the weekly cadence. Your CEO shows up for the moments only the CEO can own, like a launch or a keynote. They shouldn't have to do all of the content, just the content that needs them.

Won't our audience recognize you from other brands?

Here's the honest test: have you seen me in a video before? Almost everyone says no. B2B video is spread across thousands of niche audiences, so overlap is rare.

Two protections sit behind that anyway. Teams on an ongoing Plan earn category exclusivity, so your direct competitors can't book me. And if you want a face that is only ever yours, our presenter network covers it.

Can we choose a presenter who fits our brand or audience?

Yes. Alongside me there's a small, vetted presenter network with different looks, ages and backgrounds, which matters when your buyers are mostly women, for example, or based in a specific region.

I can also act as your casting director and run the search for you. Casting always happens before the shoot, never after, and the same presenter stays with you across the engagement so the face your audience learns stays consistent.

Do you work with companies outside the US?

Yes. We work fully remote with teams across the US, the UK, Europe, Asia and Australia, so you never need to be near the studio.

I'm American, based in Sydney, which means US and global audiences hear a native American accent, and the time difference often means your footage is waiting for you when you start the day.

How it works

What kinds of videos do you make?

Anything where a person on camera does the explaining. That covers ads and shorts, explainers, product demos and support videos, VSLs, YouTube long forms, and training, e-learning and webinar content.

The format doesn't change how we work or what it costs. What matters is the length and the finish, so a two-minute ad and a two-minute explainer are treated the same way. Anything longer than twenty minutes, or anything delivered as a series, is scoped as a custom project.

What exactly do I get?

Every video is one of two things.

End to End. Brand research, scripting, presenting, filming, editing, on-brand assets and template motion graphics. It arrives ready to publish.

Raw Footage. You send the script, I present it in the studio, and your team edits. Built for agencies and in-house teams who already have an editor.

Either way, you choose the length of video you need, and you can add the Content Engine if you want it cut for every platform.

How fast is it?

Raw Footage comes back in 24 to 48 hours once the script is locked.

For a standard End to End video, up to three minutes, the first cut arrives within 3 days of script approval, or you pay nothing. Longer videos and custom projects are scheduled on the call, so the timeline is agreed before we start.

How much of our team's time does this take?

Very little. Expect a kickoff call, a script approval and a review of each cut. For most videos that's under an hour of your time.

Raw Footage is even lighter. Send the script and any brand notes, and the files come back ready for your editor. No half day on set, and no four hours out of your founder's calendar.

Where do you film, and what will it look like?

In my own studio: 4K cameras, broadcast audio and professional lighting, with green screen or virtual backgrounds matched to your brand. A video that looks homemade costs you more trust than it earns, so the finish matters as much as the script.

Custom set design, on-location shoots, full animation and custom motion graphics are all possible. They're quoted as custom projects rather than as our standard video.

You're a small team. Can you keep up?

Recording is the fast part. I have my own studio, so there's no location to book and no crew to coordinate, which is why raw footage can turn around in a day or two.

Behind me is a small team of scriptwriters, editors and a creative director, plus a vetted presenter network for overflow. We keep the client list small on purpose so the quality never slips, and you will never be waiting on a casting call.

Scripts and revisions

Do you write the scripts?

Yes, on End to End videos. Brand research and scripting are included, and you approve the script before anything is filmed, so there are no surprises on camera.

Scripts are written around what your buyer is actually searching for and what converts at that stage of the funnel. Standalone scripting, or an ongoing script program without filming, is quoted as a custom project.

We already have a script. Can you just film it?

Yes, that's Raw Footage. I review and rehearse your script before I record, so it sounds like a person talking, not a person reading.

You get one clean file with extra takes inside, back in 24 to 48 hours, plus one revision if you need it: a re-record or a voiceover insert.

What if we don't like the first cut?

I don't expect you to love the first version. That's what revisions are for. End to End videos include a first cut plus two revision rounds, three cuts in total.

You review in Frame.io and leave timecoded notes directly on the video instead of writing paragraphs in email. And if the first video completely misses the mark, you don't pay for it.

Can you cut the video for every platform?

Yes, through the Content Engine. Every video is delivered as one master edit in one aspect ratio. Anything beyond that, like vertical and square versions, shorter cutdowns, GIFs or statics, comes from a Content Engine pack you add when you want it.

Ads have one thing built in: each ad includes up to five hook variants, different openings to test against each other, in the master format at no extra cost.

Rights, AI and likeness

How long can we use the videos?

As long as you like, for the purpose they were made for. Web, social, paid social, sales enablement and training are all covered with no usage fees, and cutting shorts and clips from the same campaign is fine.

Broadcast TV, film and radio need a separate license, arranged case by case.

Is there AI in the videos?

There's always a real human on camera, in a real studio, and there has been since 2015. That's the entire point.

We use AI around the human, before and after production, so everything moves faster. Never instead of the human.

Can you clone your face or voice with AI for us?

No, and that answer doesn't change for any budget. My contracts rule out AI duplication of my face or voice, voice manipulation, and using my likeness to train AI models.

It protects you as much as it protects me. A real presenter works because your buyers can trust that the person on screen is real.

Agencies and partners

We're an agency. Can you work under our brand?

Yes. Raw Footage is built for it: your brand on every deliverable, one relationship, and I never contact your clients. Footage comes back in 24 to 48 hours, ready for your team to edit.

One tip from agencies who do this well: position video as client-side budget, an add-on your client pays for, rather than something carved out of your existing retainer. See how agency partnerships work.

We don't want white label. Can we just refer clients?

Absolutely, and plenty of partners prefer it. You make the introduction, your client works with us directly, and you never carry margin or manage delivery.

Terms are agreed before the first introduction, so nobody has an awkward conversation later. Partner with VideoRep.

Pricing and commitment

How much does a video cost?

Every video is priced by its length and finish, never by type. An ad, an explainer and a demo of the same length cost the same, and Raw Footage costs less than End to End because your team does the edit.

We're not priced like a marketplace freelancer, and we're well below a full-service agency retainer. I share exact pricing on the call, because the right option depends on your length, your script and whether you need the edit.

Is there a minimum or a contract?

No minimum. You can buy a single video, and most teams start that way.

Teams that ship video regularly can move to a Plan, monthly, quarterly or annual, with a better rate the longer you commit. Category exclusivity comes with quarterly and annual Plans, or after three straight months on a monthly Plan, so it's never something you have to buy up front.

What should we have ready before the call?

Nothing formal. It helps to know what the video is for, where it will run, and roughly how many you need over the next few months.

If you have an existing script, a video you love, or a video that didn't work, bring those too. The form at the bottom of this page takes two minutes and means I come to the call with ideas for your brand instead of a sales pitch.

What happens after I fill in the form?

You pick a time for a free 30-minute strategy call, and your answers come through with the booking, so I've already looked at your brand before we speak.

On the call we look at your funnel, your proof and where video fits. If we're a fit, we scope the engagement right there. If we're not the right fit, I'll tell you who is.

Tell me about the video you need.

Eight quick questions, then pick a time for a free 30-minute strategy call. The detail means I come to the call with ideas for your brand instead of a sales pitch. If we're not the right fit, I'll tell you who is.

Next step: choose a time that suits you.
